The measurement criterion is based on safety incidence rates for individual supervisors in conjunction with actual man-hours directly supervised by each employee. Each year’s award program is based on manhours supervised the previous year. The man-hours include supervised time for employees on the member company’s payroll and not subcontractors.

Those awareded included; Jody Bannister, Terry Berry, Kenny Boyer, Steve Cook, Ramsey English, Will Goodwin, Richie Hamilton, Shannon Meads, Kevin Rich, Ryan Weathersby and Chris Woodham.

“The safety of our employees, our clients and others involved in our current work projects,  is  our number one priority.  To have so many of our supervisors continue to be recognized for the work they do in order to have a continually safe environment, is important to all at A. West.,” says Eddie West, A. West President.
